Pricing
Each pair of Role Club Boots or Shoes is custom-made to the client’s specifications and priced individually.
Prices may vary based on size, style, materials, design details, and availability, and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment
$1,000.00 Deposit is required to be paid in full to begin the process (i.e. get measured, secure spot on waitlist).
This amount will go towards the total cost of the boots.
*Role Club does not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

Leather
Natural leather is a material with inherent variations in grain, texture, and color. Minor marks, creases, scars, or irregularities are natural characteristics of genuine leather and cannot be controlled or standardized. Such variations do not constitute defects and shall not be considered a basis for claims, returns, or exchanges.
Cancellations, Chargebacks & Disputes
Any amount paid will be forfeited by BUYER.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, the order will be immediately canceled and will not be processed or fulfilled. By filing a dispute, the customer acknowledges that the transaction is terminated and no further action will be taken on the order.
We reserve the right to refuse future orders and limit or deny further communication in connection with any chargeback or dispute.
Wrong Sizing
If you order the wrong size in ready to wear, please resubmit your measurements. You will have one opportunity to reorder your correct size, after which no further exchanges will be allowed. For made-to-measure boots, a resizing fee plus applicable shipping costs will be required for any adjustments.
