Terms & Conditions

All products are handmade and individually crafted. Natural variation in leather grain, color, texture, stitching, shape, finish, patina, and overall appearance is normal and not considered a defect. No two handmade products will be identical.

We use genuine leather and natural materials which may contain scars, wrinkles, stretch marks, pores, grain variation, shade variation, and other natural markings. Leather may naturally soften, crease, stretch, darken, scuff, or develop patina over time. These are normal characteristics and are not grounds for refunds, returns, disputes, or chargebacks.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate measurements, tracings, sizing information, fit preferences, shipping information, Any sizing guidance provided by us is informational only. We are not responsible for fit issues caused by inaccurate measurements, physical changes, orthotics, sock thickness, comfort preference, improper measuring technique, or customer-requested modifications.

Any fit concerns, re-measurement requests, resize requests, rebuild requests, or fit-related adjustments must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

After thirty (30) days, the order is considered fully accepted.

Because all products are handmade and often custom-made, rebuilds, repairs, resizes, and alterations may not always be possible and remain solely at our discretion. Additional charges may apply.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All payments for custom orders, made-to-order items, ready-to-wear products, product drops, repairs, rebuilds, resizes, and alterations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-reversible except where prohibited by law.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that labor, scheduling, and material allocation begin immediately.

Orders may be canceled or refused at the discretion of the Customer or Role Club LLC accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

If labor, production, scheduling, material ordering, material allocation, patterning, cutting, or other work has begun, some or all payments may be retained as compensation for labor performed, materials allocated, administrative costs, opportunity loss, and business interruption, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Failure to communicate, provide measurements, approve work, or complete payment obligations may be treated as abandonment at our discretion.

Canceled or abandoned orders are not eligible for refunds, credits, reimbursements, or charge reversals except where required by law.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

Natural leather variation, break-in expectations, comfort preference, or customer measurement error do not qualify for returns.

All turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, material shortages, workload, emergencies, weather, or circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Risk of loss transfers once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost packages, stolen packages, carrier delays, customs delays, taxes, duties, or incorrect shipping information.

Role Club LLC reserves the right to refuse service, decline future work, cancel transactions prior to completion, discontinue communication, remove customers from future product drops, or terminate business relationships at any time and for any lawful reason.

Reasons may include harassment, abusive behavior, threats, fraud concerns, chargeback history, excessive disputes, failure to cooperate, failure to provide required information, policy violations, conduct harmful to the business, unreasonable or abusive conduct, or circumstances that make continuation of the transaction impractical or unsafe.

If the Maker and/or Company cancels an order before substantial labor, production, or material allocation has begun, the Maker and/or Company may issue a refund at its sole discretion.

If labor, production, scheduling, material ordering, material allocation, patterning, cutting, or other work has already begun, the Maker and/or Company reserves the right to retain some or all payments as compensation for labor performed, materials allocated, administrative costs, opportunity loss, and business interruption, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Role Club LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, costs, or expectations arising from refusal of service or cancellation of transactions.

By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for approved products or services governed by these Terms.

In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to provide invoices, communication records, tracking information, photographs, screenshots, and documentation to payment processors, financial institutions, legal representatives, or dispute resolution providers.

Customers remain responsible for unpaid balances, collection costs, administrative expenses, attorney’s fees where permitted by law, and damages resulting from improper disputes or chargebacks.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to photograph and share completed products, progress photos, customer-submitted photos, reviews, testimonials, and related content for portfolio use, social media, marketing, advertising, educational, and promotional purposes.

All designs, patterns, branding, logos, photographs, construction methods, templates, and creative work remain the exclusive property of Role Club LLC.

No reproduction, copying, commercial use, replication, or distribution is permitted without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Role Club LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from any product, service, delay, fit issue, or transaction.

Any liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product or service at issue.

Any dispute arising from products, services, or transactions shall first be attempted to be resolved informally.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with applicable arbitration rules unless otherwise required by law.

Customers waive participation in class actions, collective actions, representative proceedings, and jury trials to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any rights or future enforcement.

Any waiver must be express, in writing, and authorized by Role Club LLC.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting, publication, communication, invoice issuance, website update, or continued business engagement.

Continued communication, payment submission, product purchase, or ongoing business after updated Terms are made available constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Maker and/or Company operates.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By placing an order, submitting payment, purchasing a product, approving measurements, or continuing business with the Role Club LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
